Age Group

Age Group is a selection in the Demographics section of the General Plan Information sheet. The age ranges to choose from include:

<1 (under age one)
1-17 (ages one through seventeen)
18-44 (ages eighteen through forty-four)
45-64 (ages forty-five through sixty-four)
65-84 (ages sixty-five through eighty-four)
85+ (age eighty-five and older)

The age you select should be for the person you wish to use in this out-of-pocket estimate scenario. If you select Individual Coverage from the Coverage Information section in the General Plan Information Sheet, then you should use your age. If you select Family Coverage from the Coverage Information section, then you should use the age of the family member you wish to use in this out-pocket estimate scenario.
